THE MONKEES - GOLDEN HIT VINYL ROCK RAREST MONKEES LP EVER CEREAL PREMIUM You could only buy this album after collecting cereal box tops and sending in with postage costs paid. Ultra-rare Monkees LP since these were never sold in stores.
There were a number of different endings to the song PLEASANT VALLEY SUNDAY. The mono and stereo releases were just two of many. There is a different cut on "The Monkees' Golden Hits," which is different from some of the other greatest hits packages...PLUS, the LP has a misprint spelling the song VALLERI as VALLERIE.
The vinyl LP is in excellent condition. Looks like brand new. This is a photo of the actual album. The cover is in fair to good condition. Still bright, deep colors. Still in shrink wrap although open and part of the front shrink wrap is separated. There is a ring scuff from showing the outline of the album on the front cover plus a scuff just under the lower left of the golden platter art that is hard to see on the photo. The ring scuff also shows lightly on the back cover. Original white album sleeve is inside the jacket. All three spines are intact with no splitting. The item will be shipped with the album out of the jacket so it won't split during shipping.
