This is from a limited (maybe unofficial) reissue series of Pete Brown material on GI Records. Covers are blank with only very limited information in type writer font. The story at the time to explain that was that that GI records did only get license to the music not to the artwork. Credits are from the original LP, but they do not appear on the reissue.
