Description
Based on matrix numbers provided below, I believe this to be a 1968 reissue of the classic Beatles album released first in 1967. Worth the price for the condition of the jacket and inner sleeve alone! It comes with the original pink inner sleeve which is not split - for that reason, I am storing and will ship the LP in a separate plain white inner sleeve as shown in listing photo. Little to no corner or edge wear, no marks, rings, or splits. Booklet firmly attached although with small tears near the staple binding. Record stored in plain white inner sleeve, as noted, is conservatively graded to be in the range of VG+ to VG++; closer to VG++ as only one light scratch on Side 2 is visible; very clean vinyl and looks very playable. Matrix numbers: Side 1: SMAL-1-2835-A23 3 (second three is a superscript); Side 2: SMAL-2-2835-A21 2 (second 2 is superscripted). IAM in a triangle is on both matrices indicating a pressing at the Scranton PA plant. R17
