Original 1968 release with these matrices:
Matrix / Runout (Side A runout etched 1): O SMAL-1-2835-A5 #2 2 Matrix / Runout (Side B runout etched 1): O SMAL-2-2835-B8 #2 2
Note on runouts: "SMAL" was originally "ST" but modified to read "SMAL"
Gatefold jacket with moderate to heavy corner wear, light edge wear, no splits or marks, faint ring maybe beginning back jacket. Interior of booklet just barely remaining attached by lower staple, but it is clean and complete. LP stored in plain white inner sleeve, LOOKS PLAYABLE with a few light visible, not feelable, scratches over generally clean vinyl, will grade VG+.
