Description
A curious 1967 ORIGINAL MONO PRESSING of the Beatles Sgt. Pepper's Lonely Hearts Club Band. I could not find any mono pressing with these matrices and only one other example with the curious label layout of the title and "The Beatles" on discogs. In this layout, on Side 1, the title is left justified with "The Beatles" right justified just barely below the title with the first song above the spindle hole, and on Side 2, the title and The Beatles are all centered with the first song below the spindle hole. As noted, there was only one Mono pressing like this on discogs but there was no identifying information as to which plant and also the matrices on that were not the same as the matrices on this one, which were:

The jacket has light to moderate corner wear, light edge wear, no splits or marks, very faint ring back jacket beginning. Cut-out present and in VERY GOOD CONDITION. Original inner present, not split but with what look like glue stains left and right side on one side of the sleeve - a vertical line. These lines can be seen in the listing photos showing both sides of the LP. The LP will be stored outside this original inner in a new plain white inner sleeve to prevent any splitting of the original inner sleeve. The LP itself LOOKS PLAYABLE with some light scratches over clean vinyl, I'll conservatively and visually grade VG+ (likely better).
