Description

Commemorative documentary-and-photographic book bound into the LP book-like jacket with LP based on the music of The South during the war years 1861-1865.
SPECIAL!  I am now also including a ceramic display THIMBLE with the same Stars & Bars that decorates the front of the album!

The LP is VG+ with little spindle wear.  The documentary inside is VG++.  The book-like outer jacket shows its age (1958) but the rebel flag and gold embossed lettering, soldiers and weapons on the front cover are crisp & clear.


Documentary photos include Jefferson Davis, Robert E. Lee and many battlefield scenes.  The LP's song tracklist includes "Dixie's Land", " General Lee's Grand March", "The Yellow Rose of Texas", "General Lee's Farewell" and more.
