The cover is only about VG  has wear on the seams and spine, no complete splits yet, has wear on the top of the back cover -looks like at one time somebody rubbed the cover a little to hard or something to wear that spot out
The record is great, it is at least a VG++   played it and sounded great,  This is a killer record if you like Dorothy Ashby
The label is clean and has that it is a DJ Copy   so i think that is pretty rare
