I bought this LP new in March 1974.
Cover - Shrink on, tearing away a bit from bottom open end. Price tag on shrink. “199” written on price tag. No other writing, no cover splits. Corner bumps but little other shelving/handling evidence.
Vinyl - Some light rubs, light marks.
Sleeve - Original Cotillion paper with other album pix.

Many releases of this LP there. He shows 3 PRC 1972 general release variants. My copy identifies with his variant #3, which does not have STEREO on the left side of the labels, and does have ONE & TWO on the right side of the labels.
Recorded on a cheap tape recorder, this is not an introductory record to the VU. We fans though, can’t thank Brigid Polk enough, and whoever got that tape onto the vinyl you’ll soon be holding. Lou is right here, with Sterling Morrison, Doug Yule on bass, his brother Billy drumming because our Ms Tucker was nurturing a new VU fan.
Excellent copy, real history.
