Description

This is an original East Coast Pressing.  The following information was copied from discogs describing this East Coast Pressing - all confirmed to be present on this jacket and matrix:
"Original US stereo pressing (East Coast): - Visible skull tattoo on front cover (NOTE - SEE COMMENT BELOW). - Tracklisting on back mis-titles "Here She Comes Now" as "There She Comes Now" - Back cover credits Lou Reed for "Lead Guitar" rather than just "Guitar" - Andy Warhol is credited on back cover - spine reads "V6-5046 WHITE LIGHT/WHITE HEAT THE VELVET UNDERGROUND VERVE" - "Three Prong Music" publishing credit on all tracks.

COMMENT ON SKULL TATTOO:  The picture of the skull on the front jacket is very clear on the discogs LP but is a little indistinct on this jacket, despite it having been protected by original shrink.  This is due to reflection from light in the room and the wear (light ring) on the black background of the front jacket.  I've taken two photos of the front jacket, the second at an angle so as not to be affected by reflected light so the skull can be seen.
The shrink is torn top of spine resulting in light to moderate wear at that point.  There is a ring on front, and less visible, on back jacket.  No splits, residue of price sticker on front jacket.  LP stored in original Verve Inner sleeve.  THE LP LOOKS QUITE PLAYABLE WITH A LIGHT SCRATCH OR TWO, I'LL GRADE IN THE RANGE OF VG+ to VG++ (likely leaning toward VG++).
