Description
Here is a group of 2 vintage used condition 33 1/3 LP vinyl Christmas holiday music records. Printed in U.S.A.
No copyright dates are shown on the jackets or labels unless noted.
- Mitch Miller & The Gang "Christmas Sing-Along With Mitch": Columbia Records CL 1205. Includes special sing-along lyric sheets (with lyrics to 13 carols). The gatefold jacket has printed lyrics inside the covers, and also five more staple bound lyric sheets glued to the back cover spine, and also 3 more loose sheets that had been torn off along the spine. The bound sheets were glued on a little off-center of the spine (shown in the 4th and 5th pictures), and there is a short inner spine paper split. The jacket has spine tilt. Original The Rike Kumler Company $2.88 price sticker on the lower back. No sleeve.
- Carpenters "Christmas Portrait": A&M, SP-4726 jacket, with A&MSP 3210 white label wrapped around the jacket spine. Copyright 1978. Sleeve is numbered A&M SP-4726 and has printed lyrics. The record label has SP-4726 / Stereo (SP-5189). The jacket has a piece of scotch tape on Richard's forehead, with little surface tear under one end. The sleeve has a short lower edge tear.
Normal range of wear to the records and jackets. Visually good condition. Records have a range of finger smudges, some scratches, and may need to be wiped off with a soft clean cloth. Nice gloss to the Carpenters vinyl, and more visual wear and scratches to the Mitch Miller vinyl. Records were played and I heard normal light static here and there on the Carpenters. More static and a few pops to Mitch Miller. Jackets range from light wear to medium wear overall, more wear along the edges and corners. No shrink-wrap. No drill holes or cut-out notches. No musty or smoke odor.
Please note: items will not be split for individual sale. Vinyl will be shipped inside of the sleeves (if included) and jackets. Items will be carefully wrapped and shipped inside a cardboard record mailer box with added cardboard for protection.
