This auction is for a rare original classic LP by Roy Orbison titled “Lonely and Blue”.
This album was put out on the Monument Records label…SM 14002 Stereo…in 1961.
This record is an original 1961 (1st pressing). It was Roy’s 1st of several LP albums.
Monument Record labels are clean with very little wear.
The LP itself is conservatively rated at very good+ condition. Deep gloss, with small scratches & scuffs visible under the right lighting.Plays nicely.
Cover listed as very good+, showing some chipping (no splits) & scuff type wear on the front cover. Photos give you a good idea of the condition. The front & back are in very good condition, with no writing, tape or tearing.
Overall…a nice LP.
