You will not find a copy in better condition! This copy was acquired from a distributor’s inventory from a master pack. It was hand picked for the best possible condition; and it looks like it today! Since then, it has been in my possession and carefully taken care of these past almost thirty years. This is in remarkable condition without any issues encountered from copies that have been in retail inventory. This is an outstanding copy!
Taping: Please Read Carefully - Regretfully, the protective wraps for UHQR's are a 'very tight' fit and are also a 'hard' plastic. This combination causes seam splits [usually a few inches] that in extreme cases run the entire length of a single side, and if not prevented, can further migrate to another side [I have one such copy] essentially 'opening entirely', therefore no longer a 'sealed copy'. When I first encountered this problem, a few of my copies [typically I Robot] were already 'full length' which was an obvious concern. In time, I figured out a 'taping method' that has prevented further 'opening of the protective wrap, importantly maintaining the 'sealed condition' of these UHQR's. This taping method does not allow for contact to the box itself by the tape adhesive; it is safe and productive to maintaining the sealed condition of the UHQR - no more, no less. This taping method was carefully considered and has been invaluable in further protection of the sealed condition of my 'concerned copies'.
For collector's that do not open the copies, this is most likely a 'deal breaker' which is entirely understandable. However, for those whom actually open and play the albums, it is an entirely different matter. This a matter for those interested in a purchase to resolve; I can only offer a pristine new un-played copy with an pristine box and contents as to be expected.
Let me be clear here: only the wrap is compromised, and due to the 'obvious' taping of the protective wrap from being further compromised, is a bit 'unsightly' but necessary. If you are going to play the album and value 'pristine condition' look no further, this copy is as 'good as it gets' once you 'get past' the tape and protective wrap 'cosmetics'.

Just remember this: the 'tape adhesive' does not make contact with the UHQR Box, this was the technical issue that I struggled with to solve the problem of 'long term protection of the sealed condition in storage' - this is my best to care for these remarkable albums.

• Collector’s Quality l This title is definitely without any issues. The most discerning and demanding should not have any reservations.
• Protective Wrap l The wrap is excellent 'sealed condition', however there is a seam split the entire top of the cover, which is simply due to the age of the wrap and happens often to UHQR's in my experience during storage. There is no fog or other issues whatsoever. Excellent condition!
• Album Cover l This cover is in excellent condition; truly collector’s condition!
• Printing on the Edge l Excellent readability in storage. It is both well centered and well aligned; however, it is ever so slightly out of alignment and center towards the rear cover. I doubt anyone would have an issue with this alignment.
• Corners l No issues.
• Original Owner l Yes; over thirty years now.
• Serial Number l Unknown.
