RCA Records Living Stereo LSC 1903, with shaded dog label disc, pressed in the US.  Stampers are 8s 8s.  Jascha Heifetz plays the Brahms violin concerto with Fritz Reiner and the Chicago Symphony Orchestra.  See pics for program details.

Disc NM- a few very faint marks have no affect play.  Play-graded, plays only the tiniest bit of occasional surface noise, which further cleaning may help, jacket VG+
