Description
VERY RARE promo 1st pressing of the album titled "LSD". 1966 Capitol Records – TAO-2574, Capitol Records – 2574. Scranton 1st pressing. Spoken word by an uncredited Dick Clark. Timothy Leary, Allen Ginsberg and Ken Kesey content. Some of the music for this album was provided by the Neal Cassidy & the Warlocks who later became the Grateful Dead. Multiple use of parts of "Speed Limit" which is found on Warlocks / Prankster tapes from 1965. The musicians were uncredited on the album. Label variation most easily identified by 4 lines of text (not 5) above the spindle hole and below the Capitol logo. ''A documentary report on the current psychedelic drug controversy!''
