Billingsgate Records Records 1002 ORIGINAL 1973 QUADROPHONIC PRESSING
This is an awesome copy of the 1st from Lucifer's Friend. Lucifer's Friend was a 1970's German Rock band, fronted by British vocalist, John Lawton (of Uriah Heep) and is often cited as being one of the pioneers of heavy metal (particularly doom metal). The record was originally released in 1970 but the sq quad version was released by Billingsgate Records in 1973 (cat# BG 1002). The gatefold cover is in excellent shape and the spot gloss on the body parts and murder tools really shine making this a M- condition. The vinyl looks great with just a few hairline scratches that are not deep and will not have an effect on the playback so we will grade this as VG++. Please see pictures!!!
