ON TO SOME GOOD JAZZ ITEMS!!  This is a reasonably priced ORIGINAL 1965 U.S. RIVOLI MONO PRESSING OF THE 1965 LP titled 'Lucky Is Back! (Then, So Is Love)', featuring jazz sax man Lucky Thompson and a stellar combo.  It is Rivoli Records catalog number LPR-40, original 1965 pressing, black labels with silver print.  Personnel: Lucky Thompson-soprano & tenor sax / tommy Flanagan-piano / Willie Ruff-bass / Walter Perkins-drums.  Visual condition of record could be a bit better at about VG- with a fair amount of surface marks and some surface scratches, some of which can be felt - Overall this record plays considerably better than it looks at a low VG+ level with some light scattered surface noise and some light scattered ticks, nothing seriously distracting, it is still an enjoyable listen.  Labels have some light unobtrusive writing in black marker and a few light spindle marks, no other real problems.  Condition of cover is conservatively a mid VG+ with a little age discoloration, some contact wear, and some general wear along the edges of the cover and on the corners.  Cover has no splits, tears, writing, or stickers.  This original 1965 mono LP is priced according to condition and would be a worthy addition to any modern jazz record collection!
