LXT 2880-4 *WAGNER - LOHENGRIN **KEILBERTH +++++++++++ RARE DECCA 1st UK 5LP SET **BAYREUTH FESTIVAL ++++++++ Legendary recordings made during the actual performances at the Bayreuth Festival Theatre 1953.
Rare set. Excellent and highly sought after recordings featuring WOLFGANG WINDGASSEN, ELEANOR STEBER, HERMAN UHDE, JOSEF GREINDL, HANS BRAUN, GERHARD STOLZE, THEO ADAM ... with the Bayreuth Festival Chorus and Orchestra conducted by JOSEPH KEILBERTH. Decca Bayreuth Festival brown/gold label 1st UK release. 5lp set.

The sleeves are mostly in VG+ condition with minor rubbing, LXT 2880 & 2881 are in VG condition with splits in the spine. The vinyl is in VG+ to VG++ condition - there are three thumnail marks on one side of LXT 2884 - they all play with varying amount of backround noise but it is never overpowering nor is there any distortion.
For international bidders I accept PAYPAL. For U.K bidders I also accept personal cheques but y'all know how long they take to clear. All monies must be received within 10 days. I do always send with proof of postage. Large shipments upto 50kg available. Any more questions just email me.
