No insert in this copy.
No bonus 12”.

I would grade this as
Sleeve : VG+/EX -
Some minor edge wear.
Beginning of small (1/2”) seam split top edge.
Record : EX-
A few light hairlines both sides - none of which affect playback.
but please study the photos - they are of the item for sale - and judge for yourself.
The record would probably benefit from a clean but I’ll leave that to the new owner.
