This is a layman's description. Any descriptive terms used are in no way to be understood as official grading.
Generally speaking: These records are offered as LISTENING COPIES. I am a liquidator, not a music expert. This lot is offered just as it came from the home. Some records are in albums, others in paper sleeves, and finally, some are without any covering at all. The previous owner is known to me and she stated that all are in good, playable condition. I have no reason to doubt her. I took them from the cabinet they were in and I don't see many scratches or fingerprints. This group has NOT been picked over.
Artists include but are not limited to: Mario Lanza, Frank Sinatra, Dean Martin, Johnny Mathis, Hugo Winterhalter,Four Aces, Doris Day, Sylvia Sims,  Billy Vaughn, Jimmy Dorsey, Guy Lombardo,Eddie Fisher, Tony Martin, Tony Bennett, Don Cornell, Lou Monte, Connie Francis, Perry Como, Louis Armstrong, The Gaylords, Heran's Hermits, Eydie Gorme, The Mills Brothers, Roger Williams, and many, many more.
I will try to answer any questions but please remember that I am not an expert and can only tell you what I see and not what I miss or don't realize could be important.
 My thought is that I will ship as you see them in the photos except for the 'naked' records. I will insert a blank scrap of newsprint between each one in the stack. And perhaps wrap the stack in a cling plastic wrap. If that isn't a good idea, please let me know your suggestion BEFORE you bid or buy so I can determine it's workability on my end.
There are more than 150 individual records in this lot-I counted 163--could be more or less.

8% sales tax will be collected on all orders being shipped to New York State addresses.

If you feel there is a problem with your item, please contact me for a resolution or clarification. Most of the items that I list come to me as is and without detailed history. I try to give significant details when they are known to me and I try to point out important attributes and defects alike. If you have questions, by all means ask, before you bid. If you need more photos, I'm happy to provide them. Payment is requested within 7 days of winning the item. An unpaid items case will be opened on Day#8 unless buyer contacts me to make other arrangements. Shipping charges may include insurance costs at the seller's discretion. Please take note of these two very important and often misunderstood points:
1. I do not adjust shipping charges if a 'make offer is submitted and accepted.
2. I do not refund shipping overages when a buyer purchases multiple items and pays for them without giving me the opportunity to adjust the shipping BEFORE payment is made.
In both instances, the reason is the same: Shipping charges are disclosed at every step of the process and accepted offers and payments made are both based on the buyer's and the seller's understanding and acceptance of those charges
