Description
Le Nozze Di Figaro (The Marriage of Figaro).
This is a London Records published album. 4 LP boxed set. 12" 33 RPM. OSA 1402. Records are in excellent to near mint condition with no smudges nor noticeable scuffs/scratches. Box is also in fantastic condition with just a couple wear marks on the bottom edge. Corners are crisp, not crushed, and not worn. See pics 2 & 3. Inside is a 32 page booklet with cast information, a 2 page summary of the opera by act, and most of the pages have the full text of the music. There is also a cardboard spacer inside the box to accommodate the additional room in the box and to help prevent crushing of the box.
The Vienna State Opera Chorus and the Vienna Philharmonic Orchestra conducted by Erich Kleiber.
Performers: Cesare Siepl, Holde Gueden, Lisa Della Casa, Alfred Poell, Suzanne Danco, Fernando Corena, Hilde Roessel Majdan, Murray Dickie, Harald Progelhof, Hugo Meyer-Welfing, and Anny Felbermayer.
For shipping, I surround all records in cardboard and place in a box surrounded with plenty of padding (bubble wrap or shredded paper). You can be assured that your winning bid will arrive in good condition!
