Up for sale is one (1) Leatherwolf - Street Ready GOLD STAMP PROMO LP from 1989 on Island Records (#7-91072-1 ). The front cover has a gold promo stamp "LENT FOR PROMOTIONAL USE ONLY". First Pressing with STERLING & DMM etched into the dead wax(signaling a high quality Digital Metal Mastering). In the late 1980's vinyl was being phased out for CD's.
THIS IS A SUPER RARE PROMO LP. And this one is in great shape. I recently played this LP and it SOUNDS AWESOME!
The vinyl is in Very Good+ condition(bordering on near mint). Nice clean labels. There is a WLAY radio station promo stamp on the label on both sides.
The cover is in Very Good+ condition with typical wear from age, including, but not limited to a few crumples, corner dings, scrapes, and ring wear, etc... There is a cut-out slit in the upper left corner. There is a WLAY radio station promo sticker affixed directly onto the front cover in the upper left corner.
I obtained this LP in the late 1980's or early 1990's. I listened to it just a few times back in the day. It has not been played in over 30 years.
I RECENTLY PLAYED THIS LP AND IT SOUNDS AWESOME! The whole package is in overall great shape.
