All Vinyl is sent in strong mailers recorded delivery All items will be dispatched Same working Day if payment received before 3PM We use a combination of Royal Mail,Hermes or other 3-5 day Courier depending on the size of order We do offer a 24 hr service via Royal Mail/Parcel Force this service however is not free All orders over £20 will be sent using a tracked service in the case of smaller orders sent via Royal Mail Proof of postage is obtained to validate any claims against Lost/Damaged items. If you do not receive a non tracked item within 14 Working days from purchase please contact us and we will be happy to send a replacement or refund Unfortunately we are unable to do anything before 14 Days as this is the timeframe Royal Mail classify as LOST

Returns
Returns are Accepted on all goods within 30 days of purchase Refunds are only payable for goods returned in Original Condition With all packaging complete & As New in the case of receiving faulty goods a replacement will be dispatched upon receiving the faulty item along with a brief description of fault etc. In ALL cases of returns the BUYER is responsible for all postage and packing costs it is also recommended you acquire a proof of postage slip from Post Office or send via a tracked service as we cannot be held responsible or offer refunds/replacements on items lost in the post.
