Description
This is a copy of the 2001 release of “Houses of the Holy” on Classic Records. It is the original first pressing onto 180g vinyl. I just listened all the way through and there are no scratches, I only heard a couple of tiny clicks near the start of "D'Yer Mak Her", nothing to disturb the brilliance and enjoyment. The package includes the original paper inner sleeve with the lyrics printed on it; note the record has never been in the paper sleeve, it was sold with an additional poly-lined sleeve, which is best. The "Houses of the Holy" bandana is missing - sorry!
Brilliantly re-mastered by Page himself this is the ultimate version of the LP with stunning sound and all kinds of different nuances picked out more clearly from the original master tapes.
There was only one print run onto 180g vinyl of the masters so this is long out of print and a great opportunity to buy a mint copy. There are no faults of significance, if you walked into a shop and bought this copy you would be perfectly happy. However, should the buyer find any reason for concern, I accept returns without question.
