Led Zeppelin - Houses of the Holy - Atlantic 7255 (mono, white label promo, matrix numbers are A-14259-A Sterling RL AT PR and A-14260-A Sterling RL AT PR) - 1973
Condition:
Cover: VG+ (faint sticker stain in corner, small surface nick from sticker removal, couple light creases in lower left corner, top edge inside gatefold is slightly dirty, minimal ring on back, small corner dent - none of these problems are major - I am trying to be thorough, promo stickers are in good order, looks nice from normal inspection)
Lyric Sleeve: Little middle splitting at bottom, less than 2 inches, otherwise excellent. Replacement poly sleeve included.
Record: VG+ (one light scratch on "Dancing Days", rest is excellent - the scratch doesn't seem deep though there are occasional ticks/pops, audible in quiet areas. No groove wear or major scratches. No skips or heat damage. The labels are clean with no writing.)
Very rare promo only mono issue of their 1973 classic. I have verified that it plays in mono and the matrix numbers are reported above. Tracks are:
- The Song Remains The Same
- The Rain Song
- Over The Hills And Far Away
- The Crunge
- Dancing Days
- D'yer Mak'er
- No Quarter
- The Ocean
There is no reserve but please don't ask us to end the auction early. U.S. bidders will get free insurance. Thanks for looking. We will be listing a wide variety of rare LP's, including more rare collectibles.
