Led Zeppelin I Turquoise Cover Original 1st Press 588171 Uncrossed Matrix and superhype publishing credits on labels.
The cover is in very good condition. It has what look like two scratches or breaks in the laminate on the front. Otherwise it is solid with only some handling wear - creasing and corner bumps. There are no rips or tears.
The original record is in good condition. It plays with some surface noise, especially in quieter sections. It’s a playable record and it does not skip or stick. The noise is generally below the music - a little louder in ‘babe I’m gonna leave you” and some of the quieter intros, although still very enjoyable. The first issues are loud pressings and very dynamic.
It’s a long way from being perfect, but to get an excellent copy of this is well over £1500 now. I’ve priced this accordingly and to sell. W
