DESCRIPTION: Led Zeppelin II, 2. Complete 1970s UK press with machine stamped matrix ending A1/B1 with gatefold sleeve, correct white inner and "The Lemon Song" credit to label and sleeve. I think this is the 1st green/orange pressing. Its been kept in a thick PVC gate fold sleeve. If a UK bidder buys it ill send it in the cover as it will not affect the postage cost. LABEL AND CATALOGUE NUMBER: Atlantic K 40037 YEAR OF RELEASE: 1970. (I think- any questions please ask) COUNTRY OF RELEASE: UK CONDITION (VINYL/COVER): EX+/EX. Vinyl is very clean with a great sheen. Little sign that this has been played. Played all of this of this today on my budget deck. Sits perfectly flat on the turntable. Plays better than EX. Music is clean, clear, vibrant and loud. Really nothing in the way of background sound- not even between tracks. One of the best sounding copies I have heard. Cover is in really nice shape- check out the photos. Its near to EX+ if not quite EX+. It is firm and square and has less than light edge wear , light corner wear and minimal creasing. Really clean inside to gate fold. Inner is better than EX with light wear only and no splits. Super clean labels- check out the photos. No writing, rips, stickers or sticker tears. Top copy all round. PLEASE CHECK OUT MY OTHER PROG/METAL/CLASSIC/HARD ROCK LISTINGS IN MY EBAY SHOP. Grading system: I use UK’s “Record Collector” Grading system. I DO PLAY EVERY RECORD I LIST NOW even though its often just quite briefly. Please bear in mind you may get a touch of background sound, even if its just on intros and between the tracks on 30-40 year old vinyl records!! :: MINT: The record itself is in brand new condition with no surface mark or deterioration in the sound quality. The cover and any extra items such as the lyric sheet, booklet or poster are in perfect condition. EXCELLENT: The record shows some signs of having been played, but there is very little lessening in the sound quality. The cover and packaging might have slight wear and/or creasing. VERY GOOD: The record has obviously been played many times, but displays no major deterioration in sound quality, despite noticeable surface marks and the occasional light scratch. Normal wear and tear on the cover, or extra items, without any major defects, is acceptable. GOOD: The record has been played so much that the sound has noticably deteriorated, perhaps with some distortion and mild scratches. The cover and contents suffer from folding,scuffing of edges, spine splits, discoloration etc. I will at times use a + or - to indicate when a record falls between the grades. I REMOVE ALL VINYL FROM SLEEVES PRIOR TO POSTING. RECORDS ARE SENT IN BEST QUALITY MAILERS WITH 2 STIFFENERS. I ALWAYS COMBINE POSTAGE BUT COST DEPENDS ENTIRELY ON WEIGHT OF PACKAGE. EACH EXTRA SINGLE DISC LP IS ROUGHLY £1.75 TO EUROPE, £2.75 TO THE AMERICAS AND £3.25 TO THE REST OF THE WORLD.
