Description

Genuine Red &Plum from 1971...Matrix A6/B4. When you get a proper clean copy it easier to appreciate the dynamics in the recording...and all the intricacies that are otherwise lost. Highly recommended for audio. Original E J Day cover.
On side 1 WLL....JPJ is mentioned as Jones. On Side 1 Hearbreaker...JPJ is mentioned as 'Baldwin'...his birth name.
Vinyl (Ex/Ex-) In great condition having seen relatively light use. Under close inspection I can only make out a few slight marks per side - nothing remotely troublesome. A thorough testing from beginning to end reveals an EXCELLENT  level of playback ....MOST copies will not quite manage to nail this release. So why suffer a 50/50 copy? If you wanna hear Moby D with a clean background and the slow rolling intros to Thanku and Bringingit...then this is the copy to snag. Realistic reproduction on transients... WLL --- this track in particular really does resolve suprbly allowing the listener the full gamut. I picked out a couple of isolated ticks early side 2 - that was pretty much it. An excellent strike rate by any measure...If you wanted a lovely solid 1971 R&P reasonably priced...well worth thinking about! 
Cover (Vg+) In lovely condition and many original examples will not be looking this spritely after this passage of time. Lovely clean front with only some edge wear...The rear remains pretty good which is nice to see..it has avoided much of the ageing process. excellent interior. The cover retains excellent rigidity. Spine 70% intact.
Inner (Vg+) very Smart. No splits
