DESCRIPTION: Led Zeppelin LP- II 2 .Original 1969 UK pressing with slightly lighter brown gate fold sleeve, lightly textured labels, lowest A2/B2  matrix, The Lemon Song credit on red/plum labels and "UK Patent No..." inner.  One of the better looking sleeves and cleaner sounding vinyls that I have come across over the years. Packed this weighs over 500gm so overseas postage is as for a double. Postage cost includes tracking and a box mailer.  LABEL AND CATALOGUE NUMBER: Atlantic 588 198: YEAR OF RELEASE: 1969:  COUNTRY OF RELEASE: UK CONDITION (VINYL/COVER): VG+/VG. Vinyl is really clean with light brushing lines only. Side 1 has a nice dark sheen and is visually EX (or very near) apart from about a square inch of misting.  Side 2 has more obvious misting/bag rash (see final photo) but it has no effect on playback which is Excellent throughout.  Played all of this tonight on my budget deck. Sits perfectly flat on the turntable.  Plays EX. Music is clean, clear, loud and very powerful.   Cover is much better than is usually seen, close to VG+. It retains good shape. It is firm and square and has light to moderate edge wear, moderate corner wear and only light creasing.  Check out the photos, particularly of the rear sleeve- it has only minimal ringwear. Very clean inside to gate-fold and great shape to fully legible spine. White inner is also near to EX, really clean with light wear, fully attached poly and no splits. No writing, no feathering or tears around centre.  Really clean labels- check out the photos. I DO PLAY EVERY RECORD I LIST NOW even though its often just quite briefly. Please bear in mind you may get a touch of background sound, even if its just on intros and between the tracks on 30-40 year old vinyl records!! :: MINT: The record itself is in brand new condition with no surface mark or deterioration in the sound quality. The cover and any extra items such as the lyric sheet, booklet or poster are in perfect condition. EXCELLENT: The record shows some signs of having been played, but there is very little lessening in the sound quality. The cover and packaging might have slight wear and/or creasing. VERY GOOD: The record has obviously been played many times, but displays no major deterioration in sound quality, despite noticeable surface marks and the occasional light scratch. Normal wear and tear on the cover, or extra items, without any major defects, is acceptable. GOOD: The record has been played so much that the sound has noticably deteriorated, perhaps with some distortion and mild scratches. The cover and contents suffer from folding,scuffing of edges, spine splits, discoloration etc. I will at times use a + or - to indicate when a record falls between the grades. I REMOVE ALL VINYL FROM SLEEVES PRIOR TO POSTING. RECORDS ARE SENT IN BEST QUALITY MAILERS WITH 2 STIFFENERS. I ALWAYS COMBINE POSTAGE BUT COST DEPENDS ENTIRELY ON WEIGHT OF PACKAGE.
