Description
Led Zeppelin II 2 two Robert Ludwig RL both sides Hot Mix vinyl record album lp.
——-ULTRASONICALLY CLEANED ——-
If you’re familiar with LZII or this “hot mix”, its a VG- or maybe a VG on our grading scale (see below).
There are no skips.
COMPLETE BREAKDOWN -
JACKET - 2” bottom split, light edge wear and surface staining. Marker name on front and back, one dribble stain inside by gatefold that is visible on both sides.
VINYL -
SIDE 1
Track 1 - overall solid, light BG noise worst at the end when it goes soft before it kicks in again for the last toe round,.
Track 2 - probably the worst on the record - Noise on open and mostly throughout, not overpowering but obvious.
Track 3 Crackly intro and outro
Track 4 - competing with 2 to be the worst on the album, 2 loud pops as it fades out.
Side 2
Track 1- Light BG noise on the tails, otherwise solid
Track 2 - Solid. Light crackling on the intro and outro
Track 3 - same
Track 4 - light noise on the drum solo. I thought this would be the worst, but it’s actually really quiet.
Track 5 - just some light BG noise.
B side is pretty good overall. A is okay. Overall, a nice listening copy.
This has RL LW AT W in the dead wax on both sides.
We are Spatula City Records and to be honest we don't sell a lot of
records on ebay because we have our own website. We just try to find
new customers here because we know once you buy from us, you'll come
back!
All records are ultrasonically cleaned and resleeved before shipping. Free shipping on orders of $50 or more and buy 9 and get the 10th for just one penny! (website only on those last 2)
If you are building a collection and looking for general classic rock, Wednesday morning is the time to check the site. We reload the site with copies that have been on the site before, Fleetwood Mac, floyd, doors, Zeppelin, etc. (BUT they go fast!) Saturdays we add new titles.
We grade:
NM, Must be play tested or sealed. We do not use Mint as a grade. NM is as High as we go.
VG+, This should be a very clean record with maybe some light scuffs. Many of our VG+ are NM (I usually say could/should be NM) because I will only grade NM if it has been played thru.
Strong VG, a step down, will have some light noise, maybe a light tick if
that's the only issue or very faint or a combo of the above.
VG, this should be a pretty solid player but expect BG noise, crackling, etc. maybe a light tick or two.
VG-, Meh, it plays thru cleanly (we do not sell records that skip, ever.) but will have issues, ticks, noise, pops, etc.
G, We generally reserve this for the jackets and rarely sell vinyl in G shape unless it's really rare.
