Description
This offering of Led Zeppelin II is a reissue from approximately 1975. The matrix numbers on the label are: Side 1 - (ST-A-691671 PR) and Side 2 - (ST-A-691672 PR). The PR denotes a Presswell Pressing.
From the pictures please note the jacket is now pressed on smooth paper. The original inner sleeve is period correct, as the records pictured were released in the early to mid-70's.
The cover is graded Good+, please see the pictures, there is significant ring wear on the top and bottom of the front and back, also significant edge and spine wear.
The record fares much better, it was deep cleaned with warm water and soft nylon brush, then fully cleaned with record cleaning fluid on a Loricraft Audio Professional Record Cleaner.
During play grading, it was noted there is surface noise throughout most of play on both sides. We have heard much worse, none of the noise affects enjoyment of the music and there are no skips in play. It's getting harder and harder to find decent copies of this LP in play shape, even though millions were pressed.
The record ships in a new white paper inner sleeve, the original inner is stored in the jacket, we added an outer sleeve for additional protection.
