Description

An original 1969 pressing of Led Zeppelin II. This is a rare red and plum label version with “Killing Floor” listed on side one. The Lemon Song is still listed on the inside of the gatefold cover.

This is the earlier light brown cover and was not corrected to match the record label.

The matrix reads 588198 A 2

The Record is excellent, it plays very well and sounds great. There are some very minor surface marks which can only be seen under a bright light. The labels are excellent, still very vibrant in colour with no pen marks or damage.

The previous owner assured me it was rarely played since new. Please note- in the pictures,it is dust that is visible not damage and the labels look lighter in colour than to the naked eye.

The cover is showing its age with wear to the edges and corners. No rips or splits, it is a good plus example.

Overall a great example of a highly collectable and influential record.
