Description

For many the greatest rock album of all time - a monumental classic......released in the year of 1969.This original copy has the track ‘The Lemon Song’ on the PLUM label, this had to be changed quickly to “Killing Floor’ for legal reasons thus making this original rarer and harder to find.This shows also,that this issue is one of the absolutely first pressings of this album!Original Atlantic,Catnr.588198!!!!!Matrix numbers are A-2&B-5.The record is in fantastic clean condition and retains a fine shine and is one of blackest records I have yet seen, I can best described is as a ‘coal black’ and it has that type of sheen too.The spindle hole is clean and without marks,wich shows that this record wasn´t played quiet often.Both labels are clean,without writing,tears or other damages.Record plays near mint!I assess the whole vinyl as excellent(ex)!!!!The pale-brown E.J.Day cover which was never laminated with the vulnerable unprotected ink very prone to rubbing, fading and ringwear is used but clean,complete and intact.Without writing,seamsplit or other damages.Except a little tear tag in the upper right corner of the front cover and a very very light ringwear on some parts of coverback.In spite of the very very sensitive cover,I will give a very good+(vg+)for it.
