DESCRIPTION: Led Zeppelin LP- III, 3. 1st UK pressing with fully working rotating wheel, heavy duty gatefold sleeve, correct poly lined inner, "Do what thou wilt" , peter grant production credit on top of label and 2401002 on red/maroon labels. Packed this weighs well over 500gm so overseas postage is as for a double. LABEL AND CATALOGUE NUMBER: Atlantic 2401 002 YEAR OF RELEASE: 1970 COUNTRY OF RELEASE: UK CONDITION (VINYL/COVER): G/VG+. Vinyl is clean with a decent sheen and a fair few light brushing lines.. Played all of this tonight on my budget deck,. It sits flat on the turntable. Sounds generally Very Good. Plays right though without jumps, sticks or skips. Most of the music is clear and loud with occasional ticks and a hint of background sound in some of quietest passages. The first 3 tracks on side 2 have a steady trickle of background sound until the music builds. Cover is in nice shape. It is pretty near to EX. It has only light edgewear, cornerwear and light creasing. Super clean labels and white inner. No writing, rips, stickers or sticker tears. PLEASE CHECK OUT MY OTHER LZ/PUNK/METAL/CLASSIC/HARD ROCK LISTINGS IN MY EBAY SHOP. Grading system: I use UK’s “Record Collector” Grading system. I DO PLAY EVERY RECORD I LIST NOW even though its often just quite briefly. Please bear in mind you may get a touch of background sound, even if its just on intros and between the tracks on 30-40 year old vinyl records!! :: MINT: The record itself is in brand new condition with no surface mark or deterioration in the sound quality. The cover and any extra items such as the lyric sheet, booklet or poster are in perfect condition. EXCELLENT: The record shows some signs of having been played, but there is very little lessening in the sound quality. The cover and packaging might have slight wear and/or creasing. VERY GOOD: The record has obviously been played many times, but displays no major deterioration in sound quality, despite noticeable surface marks and the occasional light scratch. Normal wear and tear on the cover, or extra items, without any major defects, is acceptable. GOOD: The record has been played so much that the sound has noticably deteriorated, perhaps with some distortion and mild scratches. The cover and contents suffer from folding,scuffing of edges, spine splits, discoloration etc. I will at times use a + or - to indicate when a record falls between the grades. I REMOVE ALL VINYL FROM SLEEVES PRIOR TO POSTING. RECORDS ARE SENT IN BEST QUALITY MAILERS WITH 2 STIFFENERS. I ALWAYS COMBINE POSTAGE BUT COST DEPENDS ENTIRELY ON WEIGHT OF PACKAGE. EACH EXTRA SINGLE DISC LP IS ROUGHLY £1.75 TO EUROPE, £2.75 TO THE AMERICAS AND £3.25 TO THE REST OF THE WORLD.
