Item Description.
Led Zeppelin III - Plum/Orange Atlantic pressing with Revolving Gatefold picture sleeve and rare label error listing track 3 on side one listed as "Celebration".
This Error was quickly revised to read correctly "Celebration Day".
There is some confusion as to what is the first, second or third pressing of this album and a lot of creed given to text on the run off grooves saying "Do What Thou Wilt" & "So Mote It Be", I have to confess that I do not ever remember getting a plum atlantic version without that text on the run off groove so I am not too sure what benefit there is with this text.
Also there have been suggestions that the possition and inclusion of the producers of this album gives some guide to first or second pressings but I have been given the information from a Top seller on ebay of this particular type of record who assures me that the "celebration" error is only on the first issue.

Item Format.
Rare Uk Vinyl Album with Picture sleeve. (As pictured)
Condition.
- The vinyl retains its original sheen and gloss and is in Excellent condition Visually Graded under a 100 Watt Bulb, It also plays well from start to finish, there is the odd crackle here and there between the tracks and there is a small "bump" under the vinyl at the beginning of the record, it causes a dull but light thud at the beginning of each side, it does not affect the music on side one at all but does sound for a couple of revolutions during Gallows Pole on side 2.
- The Picture sleeve is in fantastic Near Excellent condition with No Seem Split, No Tears and No Writing, there are some "lines" in the laminate that is more common than not with this LP
- The poly lined inner sleeve is in Excellent condition with No Seem Split, No Tears and No Writing, I do not believe however this is original.
