Description
LED ZEPPELIN III
Atlantic De-Luxe 2401-002 Made in Gt. Britain 1970 Red / Plum labels.
Cover in excellent condition with a fully functional spinning wheel. Perfect spine. Edges crisp and clean. No writing or marks etc. A great example both inside and out.
Record itself visually is in excellent condition. "Do what thy wilt" & "So mote it be" in run offs. A5/B7 matrix numbers.
Labels are perfect, hardly any spindle marking, no writing, initials etc.
Comes in original poly-lined inner.
N.B. On recent playing I noticed there is a swishing background noise on both sides that I hadn't paid attention to before mostly noticeable in the quieter passages when played at volume. On multiple inspections there are no markings or scratches on the record so it is a mystery to me, visually it is flawless so maybe a thorough clean is in order as it hasn't been played in many years until recently for audio testing so I mention this to anyone expecting crystal clear audio!!! You might be better off with the re-issues! Please bear in mind when bidding.
