Description

Welcome to my auctions....The time has come to sell my huge record collection over the next weeks/months...so check out my other vinyl listed, more added each week.

I am a private collector, selling my collection, I am not a dealer. Due to poor hearing, The record is sold as visually inspected so please base your bidding solely on this not what it might sound/play like. Even the most visually stunning record can have background noise, if you want perfect audio then please find another copy with audio gradings.

Led Zeppelin - Led Zeppelin IV (4) - Red and Plum Atlantic Labels - Stereo - 1971 - 1st UK Pressing Version 2 Labels - MONSTER Rarity – Both Labels Have The Almost Immediately corrected 'Peter Grant' Credit, One Of The Rarest And Most Sought After Variants with the band name In The BOTTOM HALF Of the labels – PECKO DUCK/PORKY Etchings in the deadwax - Highly Sought After

2401012 ## A//3 1 1 1 0 PECKO DUCK
2401012 B//4 PORKY 1 2 2

The record has a few surface scratches and few whispy marks on both sides, there are also some cloudy patches that may be wear or may clean off with a proffesional clean (I don't know what these are from) but it is unknown how it will play. A lot of these heavy weight old vinyls have deep grooves and play very well with marks but it is sold as visually described and bidding should be based only on that not how it may play. Consider it a collection filler sold for it's rarity value.

Labels are clean and bright with only slight signs of being played under strong light (spiders legs), small white mark on side one just under spindle...see photos

Unlaminated Gatefold Sleeve is flat and clean on the front and back and inside, Corners have some wear/rubbing. Spine has some wear but not split, there is no rubbing/ringwear to front and back. Top and Bottom edge has some rubbing, A Nice example ...See Photos

Original Darker Paper Inner Is In Nice Condition with a split along bottom seem and slight splits along edges in the middle.

A Very Rare LP, Super Early 2nd Variant Labels, Peter Grant Credit Error on both labels and Band Name in bottom half, Porky/Pecko Duck etchings, A//3 B//4 Matrix Endings and Stunning Condition, Highly Sought After.

I will describe any flaws such as wear to sleeves, scuffs, marks or scratches to vinyl and describe them honestly, if you expect a better condition than I have listed then you need to learn to read. I will grade based on visual inspection under artificial light. PLEASE remember this is Vinyl...even brand new vinyl can have clicks and pops...that's part of its charm...if you want perfect audio without background noise...how about CD's or MP3's? Due to my poor hearing, The record is sold as visually inspected so please base your bidding solely on this, in the event that a record may not play well or have background noise no refund will be given because I have no way of verifying and as such, if you place a bid you are acknowledging this

NO POSTAGE/SHIPPING TO ROMANIA

Any questions...please ask.

Premium quality record mailers will be used with 2 sheets of additional cardboard.
