Description
Led Zeppelin - IV
(Atlantic 2401012 UK LP 1971)
This is the UK original pressing in very nice condition! It has a matt gatefold sleeve & comes complete with original textured lyric inner sleeve. The record is pressed on thick vinyl & has red & maroon Atlantic labels. There is no gap between the catalogue number on the label & the production credit is to Jimmy Page only. The record has A3/ B3 matrix stampers & "Porky" & "Pecko Duck" are also etched in the dead wax. A true UK original pressing in very reasonable condition.
Gatefold sleeve: Nice! Mild wear to corner-tips & rubbing wear to the top edge. VG+ condition
Vinyl: Very light sleeve rubs which can only be seen under a strong light & a couple of small & light hairline marks. A strong VG+ condition. I have played this LP in its entirety & it plays near excellent. The labels are clean & show mild to moderate spindle wear. There is a 9cm tear across the top of the inner sleeve & a slight seam split along the bottom. The inner is in good condition. The presvious owner has placed the LP in a period plain white inner also.
Grading adheres to “Record Collector” specifications. I shall use good quality packaging (proper cruciform mailer & card dividers). Insurance is necessary if this item exceeds £40. Overseas buyers will add either £3.70 or £4.50 extra (depending on destination). Please e-mail in you require any further information.
