Description
The product is a rare 1975 1st pressing of Led Zeppelin's iconic album "Physical Graffiti" on vinyl. The original shrink wrap has been on the double record album jacket for 51 years and has prevented the usual surface shelf rubs usually present on album jackets. The shrink wrap has also preserved the die cut windows in the front and back of the outer jacket. 
Short of a never opened copy, I believe it would be difficult to find a nicer copy, so the price has been set accordingly.
The double LP features the classic rock band's signature blues rock and hard rock styles, captured in excellent condition with inserts and a seldom-seen square hype decal on the shrink wrap. The two vinyl records have been played fewer than five times with a SHURE phono cartridge.
According to Google AI, the square hype sticker is indicative of a first printing from February or spring of 1975. Close-ups of the inner sleeves show two very tiny pinholes on the top left corner of the album jacket and the three inner paper inserts. Visible only under extreme scrutiny, I feel this is indicative of the very close examination to which I have subjected this album and jacket.
The two inner sleeves show slight record wear indentations, but the outer front and back jackets do not appear to have any visible record wear.
The record is a collector's item for fans of heavy metal, 70s rock, and rock 'n' roll, housed in a black 12" cardboard sleeve from Swan Song Records. With the exception of areas shown in photos, all edges and corners are perfectly straight. This vintage gem is a must-have for any vinyl enthusiast looking to own a piece of music history.
