Description
Led Zeppelin,Led Zeppelin III,LP, Catalogue Number: (2401-002), Cover Details: Rotating gatefold sleeve with a Plain inner sleeve.
Cover Condition: very good condition with some creasing or marks as seen in the pictures or noted.
Record Condition: Has been played a fair amount and clearly shows surface marks which are likely to affect play in some way with background noise in most of the quiet parts & possibly the odd click but should not jump or skip.
Any Other Details: Original very early pressing, on the orange and plum Atlantic record label. Matrix numbers A-5 & B-5 with 'Do What Thou Wilt' and So Mote It Be' hand etched into the run out. The labels have Jimmy Page and Warner Bros music credits. The record has been listened to and on our record player it played without any jumps or sticks. Side one, track four had some crackles, side two track one, has loud crackles for the first half, track four had crackles and track five had a couple of pops, the rest was close to excellent with a few light crackles here and there. Looks wise side one has several feelable marks, some areas of bag rash and some odd mottling at the edge, side two has several feelable marks and a large scuff across tracks four and five. It played much better than it looks. The sleeve is the American version, it is unlaminated and the wheel is in full working order. There are several large creases and some light stains
