Description
Led Zeppelin,Led Zeppelin IV,LP, Catalogue Number: (2401012), Cover Details: Gatefold sleeve with a Lyric inner sleeve.
Cover Condition: very good condition with some creasing or marks as seen in the pictures or noted.
Record Condition: Has some light surface marks which should not affect play, these are mostly made from removing the record from the sleeve so should play through fine with no playback defects(no actual scratches or jumps/skips/sticks etc) and is acceptable to most collectors.
Any Other Details: Original very early pressing, on the orange and plum Atlantic record label. Has the miss-spelt track title Misty Mountain Top (should be Hop). Has the superhype credits and Jimmy Page credits on the labels. We believe this to be a third pressing of the labels with a first press vinyl. Matrix numbers 2401012 (B1 crossed out) A//3 1216 also has pecko duck hand etched. & 2401012 B//3 12 2 with porky hand etched. The front of the sleeve has a slight wave. The back has some grubby finger marks at the top(please see pictures). Inside the gatefold is clean but there are some tiny spots of wear across the top 5-6cms. This record has been listened to and on our record player it played excellently throughout, but with a few extremely light crackles on track 4 side 2. Complete with its first issue lyric inner sleeve which has side flip backs and is a dark grey colour. There is a small water mark at the top on the track list side and the bottom seam has a 12cm split(this is often the case on these fragile inners). There are no large creases or writing on it
