Description

For sale here is a VERY RARE LP. THE THIRD by LED ZEPPELIN called " LED ZEPPELIN III" and is an ORIGINAL 1970UK STEREO 1st issue on the ATLANTIC label.

Led Zeppelin III is the third album by English rock band Led Zeppelin. It was recorded between January and July 1970 and was released on 5 October 1970 by Atlantic Records. Composed largely at a remote cottage in Wales known as Bron-Yr-Aur, this work represented a maturing of the band's music towards a greater emphasis on folk and acoustic sounds. This surprised many fans and critics, and upon its release the album received rather indifferent reviews. Although it is not one of the highest sellers in Led Zeppelin's catalog, Led Zeppelin III is now generally acknowledged as representing an important milestone in the band's history.

full colour amazing quality printing gatefold sleeve with working wheel set in front section that rotates.turns perfectly no flaws bends etc.

there are no rips,tears splits anywhere on the vinyl. slight wear on bottom edge where has been stood in cabinet but not too bad.

along edge-opening where vinyl slips in and out there is slight creases to edge where opened to get vinyl out. not bad at all though. amazing condition as is now over 40years old.

labels are in the magnificent red / plum ATLANTIC format in as near as excellent condition!!. With the ATLANTIC logo's to the left of the central holes on both sides of the labels to confirm that i believe this to be the  first issue. produced 1970

 Thickly pressed quality vinyl with jet black mirrior like surfaces in amazing condition, no scratches! looks as good as when produced. my dad bought this record when it came out and it has been kept since that day at first in record cabinet then more recently in a record box.
