Condition

Sleeve - NM (This matt gatefold sleeve is in excellent to near mint condition. I have to say from the start this is one of the best album sleeves I’ve ever seen. I don’t see any creasing to either the front or back covers and inside covers are in lovely condition without any issues. There doesn’t seem to be any age related wear or tear including any ring wear. All corners are sharp, clean and tidy and without any damage. Since I received it, it has been kept in a plastic sleeve which has saved it from further wear and tear. Overall in superb condition for a 52 year old album)

Record & Labels - NM (Vinyl is in excellent to near mint condition. As above this is one of the best copies of this vinyl album I’ve seen in a very long time. The vinyl is in stunning condition. There are literally no hairline marks to mention off even when using a strong light. I have listened to both sides of this album and apart from a few light pops here and there the sound quality is superb. Lovely sheen and the album sits flat on the turntable. There are also a small number of light spindle marks around the centre holes which are only noticeable using a strong light. I have listened to both sides of this album and there are no jumps, skips, sticking or warps. The labels are also in fantastic condition with no writing, marks or tears. This is Version 6, which has the Inverted Feather and also Executive Producer credit Peter Grant. Finally Pecko Duck and Porky are hand etched on the run out grooves. This was a reference to the famous Beatles engineer George Peckham who also worked on the early Led Zepplin album’s. Page was so impressed with George’s work on the Beatles album’s, he asked for him personally, he was at that time employed at Apple Studio’s in London)

Spine - NM (Fully readable)

Inner sleeve - Ex (Original Inner Sleeve, has a 3/4” split bottom edge)

Thanks for checking out my site.

I've been collecting vinyl records for over 40 years and CDs for over 25 years. As I'm downsizing there should be some good items coming up for sale in the near future.

Thanks again.
