Cool Baby Lee Cole Mist Coloured Vinyl Mariano.
Wow an assault of rock n roll. A guitar driven rocker that gallops along without a pause. You can hear it on the You Tube link below. The B side? well it has two good breaks and with people digging all this latin tinged mamba and stuff maybe someone will love it but not for me.
This would normally be a rare early Mariano but this copy? Well just look at the pictures. Translucent golden yellow. I took pictures of it on a patterned surface so you can see through it. The pictures do not do it justice. It is breath taking. I have tired to get a picture of the date 1974 but anyone who goes for these knows how hard the details are to see let alone capture on film. You will not see this again.

I heavily collected rockabilly repros for many many years and contributed to the 1992 book "20 years of Rockin Repros". I am now slimming down the collection and selling off a lot of records which I bought new from dealers a long time ago.
There will be repros and reissues. I intend to list about 10 45s a week, so keep an eye out for rare repros in the weeks and months to come. I am confident I shall be offering some repros that have never been on e-bay before. (Although I have seen some being offered as originals.)
There is a lot of play made now days of repros made by Henry Mariano. I shall mention those that are "Mariano’s" as they have become known. It should be noted these were generally pressed in fairly large numbers and were easy to find. The non-"Mariano’s" of the same period are often of equal quality but were, and remain, much more difficult to find.
I will be happy to answer any questions and will consider ending an auction early for a good offer.
I post world wide. Postage must be paid on top of the winning bid and is £1.50 for each 45 in the UK, plus 50p per extra single. £2.50 per single for Europe, plus 50p per extra single and £3.50 per single for the rest of the world, plus 50p per extra single. This is for standard delivery via Royal Mail. I will obtain a proof of postage, if you require tracked or signed for postage the buyer will have to pay the extra cost.I am a record collector and know how to pack properly, I do reuse packaging just because it does not just grow on trees, well it does but trees shouldn't be wasted.
I have sold and bought a lot of stuff via e-bay over the years. I have had purchases go wrong but I have contacted the seller and normally we have come to an amicable agreement.
