Description
Black label with silver text, deep groove, mono. 6 tracks. Leader, Lee Konitz, alto sax; Don Ferrara, trumpet; Sal Mosca, piano; Peter Ind, bass; Shadow Wilson, drums. Recorded in NYC in 1957.
Cover: VG Clean with 3" split on the top edge at the insert edge. Light aging with record ring on the back cover.
Record: VG++ Visually shows no wear. No markings on the vinyl surface. On Side A, Tracks 1 & 2 have each 1 click. On Side B, Track 1 has 4 clicks ( 3 of which are very light). Slight, very light groove noise on the first several revolutions at the beginning of Track 2 with several light clicks on the Track. Additionally on Track 2 are 2 clicks near the end of the track along with 1 or 2 revolutions of light groove noise. The noise is slight and mainly light and I have accounted it for it in the rating. Audibly checked.
