Description
This sale is for an 1971 vertigo swirl edition of by Mickey Jupp's Legend group. The vertigo serial number is 6360 063 and the run off grooves carry the Matrix stamps 6360063 2Y//1▽420 1 1 3 04 on the A side and 6360063 2Y//1▽420 1 1 1 04 on the B side. The Keef designed gatefold Sleeve Looks great and opens to the front right hand side.
The record is not complete with swirl inner sleeve just a poly lined plain paper sleeve. However the poly sleeve has done a great job of protecting the disc over the decades as this really is in beautiful condition, being free from any noticeable surface wear (no scuffs hairlines or scratches) -I'm quite a conservative grader so I seldom award an excellent grading but this has been very well cared for with minimal use- looks pristine with a clean bright sheen. The labels are also in excellent condition free from any wear or damage. I gave the LP a listen though and as the condition would suggest there were no audible faults and the disc plays with a rich clear sound.
The Sleeve I have graded as VG plus as there is a little rubbing to the head of the spine (to the right of the spine titles just affecting the Vertigo title) however is otherwise fine without splits, ring wear or similar damage. I think it would also be fair to say this is in better than average condition.
