Description
LEMONHEADS - LOVEY
The Lemonheads Fourth album, and the first with Evan Dando as sole frontman following the departure of Ben Deily.
This was their first major label release and the album immediately prior to “It’s a Shame about Ray” in their discography. You can hear the seeds of that here but there’s also a nod to the more riff-driven albums that proceeded it.
Highlights include Stove, Ride With Me, Half the Time and the cover of Brass Buttons by Gram Parsons.
