Leonid Kogan - Tchaikovsky - Violin Concerto/ Locatelli/ Vivaldi
(Columbia 33CX 1546 UK LP 1958)
This is a UK original LP pressing. It has a fully laminated flipback sleeve. It comes with its original polythene-lined company inner sleeve - which is in Near EX condition.
The record is pressed on thick vinyl & has grooved "blue & gold" Columbia labels. It has 1st press matrix stampers.
A genuine UK 1st pressing of this rare Leonid Kogan LP.
Sleeve: There is a 2" seam split at the bottom sleeve opening. There is also a 1" tear at the top sleeve opening on the front. Otherwise fine. VG- condition.
Vinyl: There are some light sleeve rubs which can be seen under a strong light, and some minor polythene bag marks. VG+ condition. The labels are very nice and clean & show next to no spindle wear. Plays Near Excellently overall, & Excellently in many places. There is some very light crackle in some quieter passages.
Grading adheres to “Record Collector” specifications. I shall use good quality packaging (proper vinyl mailers & two card dividers).
Postage for 1 LP in the UK is £4.50. You can add one extra LP for free (up to the weight of 1kg).
Postage for 1 LP in Europe is £6.50 to £7.75 (depending on weight). Add £1.25 for each additional LP up to 2kg.
Postage for 1 LP for the rest of the world is £7.75 to £11.25 (depending on weight). Add £2 for each additional LP up to 2kg.
Insurance is necessary if this item exceeds £30. Overseas buyers will add £5.50 extra (plus an additional £2.50 if the item value exceeds £70).
