This album is from my personal collection. I am retired and needing to pare down. The22re is some light ring wear to both front and back on the outer sleeve. Beyond that this unit looks as if the shrink wrap was just removed. The inner liners (2), the six page insert, and the vinyl LP (2) are like new.
