Back in the days before the Internet changed the face of music, you'd have to buy 7-inch 45 RPM records to hear the latest singles from your favorite bands. Although those heady days are history--sometimes you still get the urge to listen to songs on original vinyl! Well, thanks to the miracle of eBay (cue the balloons), you still can! This is an auction for one of Wayne Newton's hit singles, Daddy Don't You Walk So Fast (b/w Echo Valley 2-6809), which sold over one million copies and was awarded a gold disc by the RIAA in July 1972. This 45 record is in Very Good- condition with some surface wear and will provide multiple playings on your turntable. Add this one to your collection--because vinyl is BACK, baby! This collector's item was put together to celebrate the Tricentennial of Albany--the capital of New York State--and proceeds of the vinyl 45 record sales went to Hope House, a local charity (according to the Times Union) "that deals with drug dependency issues." This 45 RPM record is in good condition and will be shipped with its original picture sleeve.
