PLEASE READ THIS DESCRIPTION CAREFULLY!!!..Another rare original 5.25" x 7.5" twelve (12) page catalog from the Library of Congress....Music Division...Recording Laboratory....This is a catalog (Number 2) of phonograph records with select titles from the Archive of American Folk Song issued to January 1943. This catalog shows a limited number of recordings (25) selected as among the best and most representative of over 7000 records in the collection of the Archive of American Folk Song. These records listed were available for purchase (in 10" and 12" sizes). Some of the titles, types/genres and/or artists are as follows: Work Songs & Calls, Arwhoolie, Old Rattler, Roll I'm on Down, Play & Dance Songs & Tunes, Old Blue Sow, Devil's Dream, Black Religious Songs & Services, Sacred Harp Singing and more.
